"Older property meant spacious room and bathroom, including large sink and tub. Clean and great location, though air conditioner whistled all night. The Roof has a gorgeous view but be aware that the first drink costs 25 Euros (even soft drinks); this fact is in small print on page 1 of the menu but not noted in advertising left in hotel room."

"On my first, and part of my second night here I was very troubled by noise from outside which went on long into the early hours.. When I did go to reception to ask when it might stop I was offered a different, quieter room without demur. There were also misunderstandings about using the pool and wet weather. HOWEVER! The team, especially the manager, treated me respectfully an dreally took time to hear my issues, explain the situation and to be as acomodating as possible in whatever ways they were able. As an older traveller it is rare to feel heard when you feel a bit uncomfortable but it makes a huge difference to a trip. I ubderstand that efforts are underway to resolve the noise difficulties (this is a vibrant area) and to address the way the pool and out door areas are presented to guests ahead of time to avoid disappointment, The team, especially the manager, of this property have a real undertanding of caring for their guests, though they face issues especially for older travellers like myself. So much has been done to create a fun, green and comfortable atmosphere in this hotel and I think I think that the committment of this young team, and their energy, will find solutions and carry through into making this an even better place to stay"
