studio completely renovated (2011). 50m from the sea, in the 2nd sea view area. very quiet. neat decoration. fully equipped: fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, all necessary and not mismatched dishes. new bathroom with shower, sink 1 basin + 1 wc. a wardrobe in the entrance. a balcony furnished with 1 table and 3 chairs as well as a lounge chair.

Idéalement situé, très calme et accueil chaleureux

Studio situé à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du marché. Très calme, il bénéficie de la vue sur mer. Annick et Gérard vous accueillent chaleureusement. Terrasse avec transats, petite table et chaises.

Studio propre et bien placé plage/centre ville/gare

Nous avons passé un très beau week end à La Baule sans voiture, ce fut une belle découverte! L'appartement est très bien placé proche de la gare, de la plage, de la rue principale et du marché central. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Il y a peu de bus le week end mais en faisant attention aux horaires on peut rayonner (côte sauvage, maison des paludiers...). Je recommande ce studio à 100%

Excellent logement, super bien situé, calme et un accueil exceptionnel des hôtes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement super bien situé au centre ville de La Baule, très bien équipé, tout en étant hyper calme. Il y a une terrasse très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans une place réservée aux propriétaires. Annick et Gérard nous ont tout expliqué par téléphone d'abord puis lors de notre arrivée, et nous ont même offert le café avant de rentrer chez nous. En résumé, nous recommandons chaudement ce logement et nous le réserverons lors de nos prochains séjours à La Baule, ville très agréable.

Sejour du 06/05 au08/05/2023 a la baule escoublac

Deux nuitée dans un studio idealement bien situé (côté mer !!!), tres propre avec tout le necessaire, l acceuil des proprietaires des lieux, d une gentillesse et d une disponibilité sans faille, de toute évidence ne pas hesiter a decouvrir ce bel endroit je recommande a 100% 👍😁

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé à deux pas de la plage, proche des commerces et de la place du marché. Quartier calme où il fait bon se promener dans les petites rues. Vue agréable sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et de bon conseil.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Bonne literie récente. Parties communes de l'immeuble bien entretenues. A proximité des commerces tout en étant dans une rue calme (vacances de la toussaint). Proche de la plage, mais ne donne pas sur le grand boulevard (on n'entend pas les voitures). Propriétaires sympathiques. Je recommande!

L'annonce est conforme à l'appartement que nous avons loué. appartement très bien équipé. Nous sommes très satisfaits. Tout est a proximité. Très bel accueil de la part de GErard et Annick Prioux. Ils nous ont de très bons conseils pour les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à aller. Le grand plus de cet appartement : très proche de la mer :). Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter ! Très bel accueil. Annick et Gérard sont des hôtes sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants. L'appartement est particulièrement bien situé. A quelques pas du centre et de la plage. Nous y avons passé un séjour de rêve :) Et nous y reviendrons certainement.
