En extérieur, agréable jardin clos avec terrasse et mobilier de jardin.

Le plus de cette location à la mer : A moins de 10 minutes à pied du marché et du centre-ville et à 4 minutes en vélo de la plage de la Brée-les-Bains, WIFI gratuit, stationnement devant la maison.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Nous avons apprécié la maison, de taille correcte et bien équipée (notamment la cuisine). Le seul bémol concerne le passage par l'agence Foncia pour récupérer/rendre les clés, assez éloignée de la maison.

Excellent séjour, bon accueil , prise et remise des clefs trés simple , logement où rien ne manque .. proche du marché et de la plage .. Trés envie d' y retourner ! et je ne peux que le conseiller ..

Juste ce qu'il faut en surface pour 4 ou 5 personnes, au calme dans un lotissement mais proche du marché de la Brée et de la plage. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
