Very comfortable place, no carpets. Near train station. A little noisy as we could hear our neighbours

Hi my stay started ok . Next we had turn down service and my phone was missing. Could not find my phone? Later front desk called not me but my nephew in Florida because he was listed as emergency contact. He did not know my fiancé # so he called my Son in California to explain. My son then called me . No one knew I was in France . Should not have happened. I did not want that to happen with girlfriend. Then the fire alarm went off we are on floor . Alarm was Loud . We ran down 6 flights of steps because elevators were not working. We waited downstairs and got clearance to go it with new key . Key did not work elevators no working so we went back down stairs again. To figure out 6 flights . Finally the respective came up with us to open door. But it did not work so I think he used his master key to open. This Trip I spent 70000 yes 70000 not all booked with you I travel a lot and spend 50 to 100 k a year ? Requested the manager? They said the Mgr wood meet me at breakfast. No show The worst experience of my life, I know people have different opinions, but this is not that . Just bad management. Have 3 corporation on my own this was the one night or are end of trip . 8 nights in Paris ,train , to niece EZE 4 night , Cannes 3 , and just Niece the one worst experience ever . This my 8th time to Paris. It was bad because it was a great But made my France experience bad this time. Will probably never go back to Niece . And France won’t be on my Agenda.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is no elevators, but there was a very helpful young man who brought our luggage up for us and did not expect compensation. Of course the rooms were small but full of character. The little outside terrace is very restful.
