"Good overall experience. The hotel is in a quiet area. The gym is not much of a gym, there are no dumbbells or weights to use, mostly just cardio equipment. Staff were excellent!"
"It was really clean and easy to check in. They have Valet parking out front and breakfast (expensive €26 per person). The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and lovely with jack and jill sinks, the shower had a waterfall showerhead as well as a hand held shower head.
Location was great for Cannes, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the main beach strip with restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central area with shopping and restaurants."
"Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed. "

The room bathroom was beautiful and one of the best showers. The only thing was, the AC shuts off every 20 minutes in the room. So we had a hot sleep.

"Lovely quiet and very clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, lovely staff. Very small pool but beach at 2 minutes walking (paid sun beds). Neighborhood fantastic with the best shopping streets all at walking distance as well as the beach, restaurants and the harbor. "
