Staff worked hard and were excellent, facilities modern, location to beach and transport to Alicante etc good. What was disappointing was queueing to get in the restaurant and queuing to get out due to the ticket system they have for drinks. Despite registering a card you have to pay at the till on the way out of the restaurant which due to it being busy were long queues in and out. Also to note they don't even supply water it's charged 3.50 euro per litre when the mercado is selling 6 litres for 1.50? They don't let you take anything in. They asked what our preferred meal time was due to it being busy but despite turning up at 8pm the queues were huge spoiling the experience especially queuing to get out.

No coffee left in rooms only tea, soundproofing not great you can hear walking above, breakfast was poor: few veggie or vegan options, bread is in the bar but everything else in restaurant, not enough tables too busy, everyday I had to hunt down cutlery, not enough staff also slow to replenish food

Wonderful helpful staff, immaculate clean room. We had a great time visiting Alicante at the festival time. The hotel and staff made our stay so easy with letting us check in early and allowing us to store our cases after check out. The breakfast was delicious too and very good value for money. We would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect escape to relax. Visited off-season in Nov and found it very calm and relaxing. Rooms are lovely with great balconies facing either the beach or the marina. The Level club is brilliant with its separate heated pool and well-stocked coffee, beer, wine and snacks all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

We stayed on The Level. The hotel was very well run, rooms were spotless, service was excellent. The only reason I didn’t make my review excellent was due to the fact that they were renovating one part of the hotel which meant that The Level was in another part and it didn’t have the wonderful view of the sea and the adults only pool. I think there should have been a discount for this as having stayed previously, this was a highlight of The Level
