Rooms were clean....modern design unlike other older Tuscany hotels. Air conditioning good. Ok breakfast. Location close to train station and not far from attractions...everything with in 15 minute walk. Safe area. Staff not rude, just inattentive.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. If you like bright beautiful hotels, this is the place for you. If you are into dark and dingy, this isn’t the place for you. We stayed in a room for three. Everything was clean, spacious, and properly arranged. I love it when a hotel has a magnifying make up mirror and good lighting. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly

We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room ..."
