"The property is a delight for a family group or group of good friends. The pool is brilliant, with wide very shallow and shallow parts, plus a large deeper area. Maintenance is excellent, and the helpful man who lives in a separate small place on site is very helpful with washing up and any small tasks that are needed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent, and adequate on the ground floor. Our concern about the listing is covered by the changes now made on site."

"Such a lovely stay. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout and gave us some great advice on places to visit. Breakfast was excellent too. The hotel lobby is beautiful, with lots of interesting artwork, and it even smelt like a spa! We stayed in the Charlie Chaplin family room, which was modern, clean and very comfortable. The main reason for our stay was to visit the nearby waterpark, Parco Cavour, which was a fantastic day out. We also wanted to visit Borghetto and the nearby castle. We did this in the evening and really enjoyed the walk there from the hotel. A great location for exploring the area and a really enjoyable stay. Thank you!"

"Beautiful luxury hotel feel surrounded by nature. Rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. Lots of space. Amazing made to order breakfast with all the details. Comfy bed and AC kept room cool during heat waves. The pool area was lovely and so relaxing. The staff super friendly and kind, genuinely made us feel welcome. Cannot wait to come back. Many great restaurants nearby including the renowned hotel restaurant. The daily housekeeping was impeccable- felt like a new room every time it was serviced. These little touches make all the difference."

"Very friendly and helpful owners - it’s run by a couple who take great pride in keeping this hotel clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay - it was our second visit here and it was just as good this time. We would be very happy to return. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. Just make sure you have a car. Not suitable for other ways of transport easily."

"From the breakfast to drinks on the terrace. Everything was perfect. This is an amazing place to stay for 2 nights. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. A fairytale village. Parking was easy but not on the premises. It’s was in there restaurant car park which is a 7 min walk but you can pull up and unload at the front door of the Villa. Highly recommend for a relaxing 2 night stay. There was a wedding one of the nights that we stayed but we only found out when we were leaving. No noise. Very good."

"unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. The only thing i would strongly recommend is using really good insect repellent, we got eaten alive during the nights. Looking for our next eurocamps trip already."
