About this property

Superbe Chalet de 150m2 au Pied des Pistes Pour 15 Personnes

  • New half-chalet equipped with high-end equipment. Foot of the cross-country ski trails, 5min walk from the Panthiaz gondola (access to the Portes du Soleil ski area). 5 mnts by car from the Chatel. 3 mnts by car from the supermarket.

    4 bedrooms with shower room, WC and terrace/balcony + 5th bedroom with bunk beds. Shower/sink/WC/Smart TV in each of the 4 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen open to living room with wood stove, large screen, mountain view, terraces. High standing, ideal for families and friends.

    Chalet built in 2022 and fitted out in 2023 with top-of-the-range materials and equipment.

    Ideally located close to the Panthiaz gondola (access to the Portes du Soleil ski area) only 5 minutes walk. Ideal for cross-country skiing or hiking fans with the path just behind the garden.

    3 mnts drive to a large supermarket (Intermarché), 5 mnts drive to the centre of Le Chatel and SuperChater gondola. 2 mnts drive (or 15-20 mnts walk approx. 1.4KMs) to the centre of the chapel of abundance. In the centre of the chapel there is a bakery, several restaurants, pharmacy, small supermarket, ESF school, library.

    The centre of the village is accessible on foot by road or from the back of the garden following the cross-country ski slopes and the path along the banks of the Dranse.

    The Panthiaz district is located between the Chapelle d'Abondance and Chatel.

    The ESF de la Chapelle d'Abondance is 2km/ 3 minutes away by car - the little ones can enjoy the Piou Piou next to the chalet at the Panthiaz gondola.

    The centre of Chatel is 5 minutes away by car.

    The cross-country ski trails are behind the chalet's garden. The downhill ski slopes can be accessed from the Panhiaz gondola next to the chalet (on foot).
