Beautiful, cosy country house "Alexandre", built in 1892, surrounded by meadows and fields. 800 m from the centre of La Chapelle-Saint Sauveur, 7 km from the centre of Pierre de Bresse, outside the resort, 40 km from the centre of Beaune, in a secluded position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, pond, swimming pool (above ground) (4.50 m diameter, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Partially fenced land.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 195 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin and with corner bath. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Wooden floors. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Wunderschönes Anwesen

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Baby sowie einem großen Hund eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ă€ußerst nette SchlĂŒsselhalterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles erklĂ€rt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Der große Garten lĂ€dt zum faulenzen oder spielen ein; sogar den Pool konnten wir noch nutzen!

huis was mooi gelegen en zeer rustig. Toch bakker en winkel in nabijheid. Zeer volledig voorzien van keuken en ander gerief. Zwembad is zeer basic

Super nette Hausverwalterin. Anfang November war es schon recht kĂŒhl, mit Feuer im Kamin aber trotzdem sehr gemĂŒtlich. Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Im Ort zu Fuß zu erreichen sehr gute BĂ€ckerei und hervorragendes Restaurant (Mittags–MenĂŒ um 13–15€, sollte man eigentlich jeden Tag hin...) Reisetipps: Montags HĂŒhnchen–Markt in Louhans. Museum in Pierre–de–Bresse. Herrlicher Fahrradweg durch die Weinberge um Beaune, z.B. Beaune–Chagny 25km. Altstadt von Dole. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Besichtigungen liegt das Haus eher nicht so optimal, weiß man aber vorher.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, es gibt alles, was man braucht, sehr ruhig, abseits gelegen, perfekt zum Ausspannen. MittagsmenĂŒs in der Auberge de La Chapelle (direkt im Ort, neben dem BĂ€cker, sehr gutes Brot) und im Nachbarort La Chaux sehr zuempfehlen.

Ruhige Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten die nĂ€here Umgebung zu entdecken oder einfach Zeit am Haus zu verbringen.Tipp! Reisetipps: kurze Trips z. B. nach Dijon, Beaune, ChĂąteauneuf, Macon sowie deren tolle Umgebung mit zauberhaften Dörfern in den Weinbergen und beindruckenden Burgen (La Rochepot) und Felsen (Solutre). Niedliche StĂ€dtchen, WasserfĂ€lle und Seen in der Franche–Comte im Osten.

Das rustikale Ferienhaus befin...

Das rustikale Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Sehr viel Neben–gelass zum Aufenthalt im Freien ist vorhanden. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Im Ort gibt es noch einen richtigen BĂ€cker. Alles weitere ist im Nachbarort Pierre de Bresse zu haben. Reisetipps: Ein Fahrzeug ist unbedingt nötig. Sehr schöne und ruhige Region. Empfehlenswert sind die Orte Dole, Beaune, und Dijon. Montags lohnt auch ein Besuch des Wochenmarktes in Louhans, allerdings sollte man zeitig vor Ort sein, um noch einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.
