In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and top floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from La Clusaz center and ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet. Access to the residence via an exterior staircase of 28 steps. Beautiful view of the village, mountains, and ski slopes. Quiet location. Shuttles 150 m away.
KITCHEN AREA equipped: sink, 2 electric hotplates, electric oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items,
BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, toilet.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 2 sofa beds for 2 persons (140), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, bar corner, wardrobe closet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Included services:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- 3 blankets + 2 comforters (sofa bed), pillows
