Acceptable
The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…

Our Happy Place!
Our hotel experience in Odalys was beyond our expectation! The room they gave us is with stunning view of the Alps and the hotels's pool. The amenities are fantastic, the pool has worm water and we relaxed on thier spa. The room and bed was very spacious and with built in kitchen which we did not expect. Overall, it was a very personal exprience for us a couple. We will definetly come back.

Awesome
The rooms are really spacious and modern, and the hotel has great amenities and common space. Super convenient if you want to ski, all shops / tracks are just a 5min walk away. Definitely recommend.

Great service makes a great holiday
We stayed 2 days after a few days in Annecy and it was lovely being up in the mountains. The hotel is in a perfect spot just a short walk to the many restaurants and is modern, but homely. The hotel staff were excellent and were always willing to help with advice on good walks or to help booking a taxi. Breakfast was very good with a full choice of quality options. The room was clean, fully equipped and had a lovely balcony and in our case with a mountain view. I very rarely go back to a hotel, but in this case we are already planning our next trip and next time it will be for a few days longer.

Very large rooms, with small kitchenette, and regular size fridge. Some of the odd numbered rooms look inwards to the complex, ( we were F 111) so limited views. Some even nos look to the slopes.. Breakfast regular continental ham cheese, yoghurt, hot option = boiled egg ( self cook 6.5 mins recommended ). Staff v. Helpful. 2 Mules restaraunt, top quality, presentation is excellent, but OTT. Bar prices equally OTT. Location wise, easy stroll (even in ski boots !) to the lifts, 250-300m, for evening entertainment, less than 10mins to the high street plenty of eateries.

Odalys is a fantastic ski hotel
We really enjoyed our ski break in La Clusaz staying at Hotel Odalys. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff care very friendly and helpful. It is only a 5 min walk to the Bossonet lift station and the free shuttle bus stop is just outside the hotel. Very easy to find restaurants close by and the Bistro 2 mules is in the hotel. You get a free session in the spa which is fantastic. Overall perfect place to stay

Excellent hotel for ski in / ski out. Our room was perfect, could not have asked for more. Great service from our arrival at reception through to leaving. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel facilities for skiers was great with secure lockers for drying your gear.... will definitely stay again

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was big and modern with all the amenities you could wish for. The beds were very comfortable and we had a little patio coming off from the room with a lovely view. The hotel has a fantastic ski locker room that was a 5 min walk from the ski slopes which was perfect. The only downside to our room was the sound of something like beer barrels being rolled in at 11pm till about 1am and something being cleaned at night but a pair of ear plugs solved that noise issue and we would consider going back in a heart beat we really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are a good size and very clean, with comfortable beds. The restaurant is new since our last stay, and although I didn't eat there in the evening, breakfast was better than last year.

Not many things we liked about this hotel. We liked the room, it was large and had a mini kitchen. We loved the food in the evening in the restaurant! Quality was high. We did not like, ski locker was a long way from our room, One lady on Reception was rude, Breakfast was overpriced for just croissants and cereals, spa is also overpriced for what it is, but most of all we would not stay here again as the hotel advertises themselves as ski in Ski out, which is not the case. We paid thinking it was ski in ski out but from the ski locker it is about 250 metre walk to the ski lift, you have to go Down 2 flights of external stairs, over a bridge, through a car park and over a main road, so I am annoyed this was advertised for ski in ski out and we did not get that, which was the reason we booked this hotel. Would not stay here again.

Not a Four Star Hotel. No shampoo or shower gel in the bath room but a tiny low quality single square of soap for 2, no slippers, no bathrobe , one single small pillow per person on the bed, low quality bed sheet. ...etc etc.. The owner excuse is that they recently opened ( it was open 6 months ago....,). As a three star hotel , it might cut it. As a four Star for 200 euro a night, it does not.

Hotel 200m from the Bossonnet ski lift
Overall nice and brand new hotel but expensive (not necessarily more expensive than equivalent hotels in the village at peak skiing time). Breakfast is expensive for what was provided in a windowless dull room, far better to order pastries and bread from reception each day for the following morning at 8am. No restaurant so you have to eat out or manage to use the mini kitchen (small microwave, two electric rings and a full size fridge), neither of which is a difficult.

Very modern, clean and well positioned hotel.
Good hotel, very modern and well appointed. Very capable and friendly staff on reception. Our bedroom was absolutely spotless and very very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but not stunning and a little expensive at 12 euros and I didn't expect to pay 10 euros per day to park but these are only minor gripes. We would stay there again.

convenient for the piste
the hotel has only just opened. you can see there is work needed to finish it. air conditioning cant be controlled in the room, bath plug missing. nothing awful but you do notice the details. Overall the hotel is ok, comfortable, clean, helpful staff. it doesnt have much atmostphere though and by that I mean the communal rooms such as eating area, tv room, games room have no windows, there is no bar. everything is very functional but not welcoming.

Nice hotel, brand new, some small issues
This is clearly a new hotel and they are having some teething difficulties but nothing serious as far as we experienced. The location is handy for the Bossonet ski lift, the ski lockers for our building were in an odd place but no major issue. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all matters, anything we mentioned was dealt with smoothly and pleasantly. Recommended.

Très bel endroit. Bien situ et parking facile. On peut être déçu de la carte limitée de la brasserie qui dispose d’une vue superbe sur les aravis. Mais il y a plein de petits resto sympa dans les environs.

très agréable hôtel les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner très bon. Un petit bémol concernant l insonorisation des chambres qui pourrait être meilleur. par contre un GRAND satisfecit pour le personnel en général qui est on ne peut plus agréable.

SEJOUR AGREABLE A LA CLUSAZ
Etablissement (partie hôtelière) de qualité avec un accès direct au domaine skiable. Une remarque : les places électriques dans le parking sont insuffisamment matérialisées et des automobilistes peu respectueux stationnent dessus, même sans véhicule électrique. Il serait peut-être judicieux que l'établissement envisage une politique particulière sur le sujet (par exemple une butée dont on doit demander la clé en réception).
