Very bright. All 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living-dining room face outward and have large windows. It overlooks a wide avenue and a broad street.
Hourly paid parking is available on the avenue. Free parking is available on the adjacent street and throughout the rest of the area.
There is the option to rent a parking space in the car park beneath the building complex.
Access by private vehicle is very easy via any of the city’s three main entrances, as they all converge at Plaza de Cuatro Caminos, located just 150 metres from the building.
