The villa is on two levels. It has a garden with trees surrounded by dry stone retaining the walls, a panoramic and not overlooked view, and a 4.50 x 10 m pool with long secured and closed terrace ideal for sunbaths. The pool-house includes a fridge and sink. The 150 m² vast terrace is equipped for meals. The numerous bedrooms offer to each person their individual space. You will find a peaceful area to sip a pastis, the traditional drink for lunch while allowing your big and small children to play in nature. The house is well isolated and the nights are pleasant.

Wir waren 3 Familien ( 10 Personen und ein kleiner Hund), das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, der Pool war bezaubernd und auf der großen Terrasse haben wir schöne Abende verbracht mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal! Danke für ihr schönes Ferienhaus.

Location du 30 Juin au 4 Juillet 2012 pour grand- maman, parents, 3 enfants en couple et 4 petits enfants. Tous ont apprécié la configuration de la maison permettant l'indépendance de chacun, ses nombreuse chambres, sa piscine sécurisée,.la vaste terrasse et le coin barbecue. Certains ont pu faire de belles balades dans les pins, d'autres profiter de la proximité de la plage de l'Almanar, haut-lieu de kite-surf. Belle vue sur Hyéres et calme au milieu des cigales complètent un tableau idéal pour des vacances familiales.

Nous avons occupé cette villa deux semaines pendant l'été 2010, avec nos enfants et petits-enfants ( 11 personnes au total, mais nous aurions pu être 2 ou 3 de plus ) . Conforme au descriptif, cette location a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : maison bien équipée, jolie vue dominante, jardin bien entretenu, super piscine ( deux de nos petits-enfants s'y sont laché en solo ! ), nous n'éprouvions guère le besoin de sortir autrement que pour faire les courses ou quelques visites. Les chambres réparties entre RDC et premier étage permettent une relative indépendance pour 2 ou 3 groupes différents, donc la location peut aussi être envisagée par un groupe d'amis . Et en bonus, nos relations avec la propriétaire ont été excellentes . Donc, à recommander sans modération, et c'est une villa que nous louerions volontiers à nouveau si les circonstances s'y prêtent.

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables avec nos enfants et petits-enfants (8 adultes et 5 enfants entre 4 mois et 8 ans).Spacieuse et bien équipée pour les petits comme pour les grands,cette maison permet de réunir des familles (ou des amis) sans contrainte:la disposition des lieux permet à chacun d'avoir son espace.La grande terrasse pour tous les repas, la piscine (bien sécurisée donc pas de stress pour les parents),la vue magnifique, le calme...la réalité correspond exactement au descriptif.Accés facile aux commerces et aux plages(à condition de choisir ses heures...c'est comme ça partout au mois d'août!) C'est sans hésiter que je recommande cette location.
