"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? "I have used this hotel a lot and in general its very good. This time I think due to it being the off season and the weather the experience was not as good. Restaurant was a little cold and the breakfast was limited, other than this everything was great. "

"Room was very clean, bathroom was tired & needed an update but the biggest problem was the road noise. There was no air conditioning in the room (number 9) just a fan provided. There were 2 large windows to open but the road noise was constant and very very noisy all through the night so not able to leave the windows open. This room was on the junction of a busy road. I would not choose this hotel again. "
