Charming House of 43 m2 located in a very quiet street 800m from the Marina La Flotte en RĂ©.

This house is composed of a kitchen opened on the room of life, 2 rooms, a room of water and an independent TOILET.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a 140 cm bed.

The second bedroom is located upstairs (mezzanine). The ceiling height is 1m60 maximum.

You will particularly appreciate the very quiet environment and the beautiful terrace that will allow you to eat and relax in the sun.

Petite maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t SituĂ©e dans un quartier calme, Ă  une vingtaine de minutes Ă  pied du centre ville.La voiture peut ĂȘtre garĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur mais nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir aussi la rentrer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur dans la petite cour. Nous recommandons donc cette location pour des vacances idĂ©ales Ă  l'Ile de RĂ©.

Maison trÚs bien conçue, propre, bien équipée, avec un emplacement proche du centre et au calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous étions avec nos 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans.

Location au calme, Ă  5 minutes du centre en vĂ©lo. Attention la chambre en mezzanine n est pas faite pour les personnes trop grandes. Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Rien ne manquait Ă  part peut ĂȘtre un barbecue Ă©lectrique car interdit au charbon de bois

Charmante maison tout confort, spacieuse et bien décorée avec terrasse fermée. A 1/4 d'heure à pied du marché, du port et des commerces. Pour la plage, prévoir les vélos.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison typique de l'ile de ré dans un trÚs beau quartier, au calme, en lisiÚre du bois tout en étant à proximité du trÚs joli centre de la Flotte. Maison trÚs bien équipée, décorée avec soin, literie impeccable, idéale pour 4 personnes. Les enfants ont adoré la mezzanine. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié les transats sur la terrasse bien ensoleillée.

The house was very good, kitchen well equipped just missing egg cups, also for a tall person the bed was not long enough. Good location only about 10mins walk from centre
