"We had a great stay. The hosts quickly addressed our questions. We had plenty of room to spread out and a place for everyone to sit and eat. We enjoyed the location back in the cove; it was about a 10 minute ride to get out of the no wake zone but beautiful along the way. The home is beautifully furnished. We would love to come again in the future."

"We rented out these 4 properties on Norris Lake in July for our family reunion and to say it was amazing is an understatement! We had 28 people ranging from 12 to 84 years old and EVERYONE had a fantastic and memorable time. We rented a pontoon boat and a jet ski which were waiting for us at the dock, gassed up and ready to go. The two side by sides and golf cart came in so handy to transport our older folk, coolers and snacks from one spot to the next. The homes are exactly as pictured if not cooler and Jeremy was prompt with responses to texts and when we had a small issue with the jet ski, they replaced it with a new one immediately. The kitchens were well equipped and the homes comfortable and ready for large gatherings. Our late night crew had fun in the hot tubs and game room playing pool, video games and even a HUGE connect 4! The lake was GORGEOUS! We spent hours just floating by the dock talking, laughing and goofing off. Renting a pontoon boat is a must to be able to really see the beauty of the lake and what it offers. We can’t say enough about these homes, the location and the service provided by Jeremy. I believe this will be a “do over” for our next family reunion which, for any family reunion planner, is heaven sent. A big thank you to Jeremy, Josh and family!! We had an absolute BLAST! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with our family! Until next time…"

"Charming, very clean property. The hosts were responsive. The location was quiet and beautiful. The walk to the dock was easy compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. They had fun activities in the house like games and a cool karaoke set up! It’s perfect for large families with kids!"

"This cabin is perfect for a multiple family trip. The cabin is clean and adorably decorated! So many details were thought of to make family trips unforgettable! From a commercial ice maker to the boat being gassed up and ready to go at the dock on the lake, and everything in between. This cabin was thoughtfully designed for a perfect get away. The hot tub was the cleanest hot tub I’ve ever experienced at a rental! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even provide a gator to haul your boat supplies to and from the dock. These hosts thought of everything!"

"Property was gorgeous. The balconies on all floors were more expansive than other properties we have rented before and had plenty of seating for all. I should also mention the new Weber Grill and hot tub. Nancy was a great host and promptly responded with any questions. The game room included a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball, and many board games for all ages and was a family favorite. If you are looking for a great spot for a family weekend at the lake, this spot."

"Being a new build there was still plenty of items on the punch list that needed taken care of but overall was really well done. We had a great time even though we made a few adjustments with boat dock not being available. I would definitely rent this property again."
