"I would highly recommend KozyKove to families! It is a beautifully well kept home. Absolutely perfect in every way! It is so clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen was important to us since we enjoy cooking together.The cove is the best! It's a quiet cove making it safe to swim off the dock or kayak or paddle board.Having a tram made getting to the dock easy, even for older people. It was a game changer! The dock had plenty of cozy chairs and a table. Great for reading in the shade or watching family water games with all the toys made available.The beds are all very comfortable which we needed after a day of swimming and boating.It was so nice to have the paddle board and kayaks available to use. We didn't have to bring ours from home.I hope I didn't leave anything out! It was perfect for us and our owner was very responsive and kind.KozyKove is a beautiful home. We hope to visit again!"

"Location is absolutely fantastic. Cannot be beat. The cove is really peaceful and loved having Sugar Hollow right there. I really enjoyed the photos of your family and the cabin being built. The AC unit is in the loft was not functioning so it was pretty toasty up there.There are otters living in the cove! so we were joyfully surprised to see a little guy hanging out on the dock when we returned on the boat. Charming cabin."

"This may have been the cleanest and most well thought out house we have ever stayed in! They had everything you could ever need. From games to cookware and plenty of bedding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just an FYI… it’s less than 10 minutes from Springs Dock and Deerfield. And a few more from Sugar Creek! We will definitely be back!"

"We had 12 people staying in the house and it was just perfect. Two refrigerators, ice makers and dish washers definitely came in handy! We enjoyed playing bags, the fire pit and simply the gorgeous view. We definitely would stay here again."

"Property was gorgeous. The balconies on all floors were more expansive than other properties we have rented before and had plenty of seating for all. I should also mention the new Weber Grill and hot tub. Nancy was a great host and promptly responded with any questions. The game room included a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball, and many board games for all ages and was a family favorite. If you are looking for a great spot for a family weekend at the lake, this spot."
