Welcome to this AMAZING NEW in 2022 4500 ft2 LAKEHOUSE featuring 9 bedrooms, 9 ½ bathrooms, golf cart (April through October), and 2-story dock in the most secluded cove on Norris Lake. Seas the Day has an incredible view of Norris Lake from the popular Lakeside Estates gated community next to the Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge. This home is perfect for everyone – families spending quality time together, friends getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, and team building for businesses.
The top floor boasts vaulted ceilings over a relaxing living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including a 5-burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and an oversized granite island, along with two king master suites. Snuggle up next to the double-sided fireplace in the living room or on the deck for a relaxing evening.
The quiet middle floor includes two more king master suites, two family bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and adjoining bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a soothing living area with couches and a tv.
The bottom floor sports two bunkrooms with four beds and a bathroom each, a queen bedroom suite, and a large game room with a 65” TV area, shuffleboard, ping pong and a wet bar. Watch your favorite team while winning one of the many games.
If that’s not enough, each floor walks out to a 500 ft2 covered deck to enjoy amazing views of the lake and mountains, a hot tub on the bottom floor, a double-sided fireplace and extra-large grill on the top floor. The backyard is made for entertaining with a firepit and cornhole area. The 2-story dock with slide includes tables and chairs to relax or have a meal and sits at the midway point of the one-mile-long gentle cove-perfect for family swimming, floating, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Family Thanksgiving

Our multigenerational family had great stay at Seas the Day. Everyone had plenty of space, and the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens were especially helpful. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we were very happy that we chose to spend our Thanksgiving holiday at this location.

Great relaxing family/friend Vacation Stay

The house was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space indoor and out to relax for quiet time or enjoy social time with a large group. The dock space was great for two boats and swimming on a quiet section of the lake. We would stay here again. Our group included 3 families with teenagers and young adults.

We absolutely loved Seas The Day! The house was perfect for our large family. Our adult kids and our grandkids joined us - spacious, well equipped, BEAUTIFUL! The boat dock was a fun start and ending to our day on the lake! We really appreciated the main level deck and spent evenings and early mornings enjoying it. Thank you for sharing your home!

Family fun

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our whole family. We loved the space, the decks, the fully equipped kitchen, the large table for meals, and the dock and lake fun! We also really appreciated the golf cart. It worked out perfectly for getting our parents back and forth to the boat. Thank you! We loved your house and the wonderful week we enjoyed at Lake Norris!

This was a beautiful lake house and really enjoyed staying here to celebrate a 40th birthday with my family! It was very clean, and well stocked! My family is very large and it fit us all perfectly! We will be back!! Highly recommended!! The host was amazing and very attentive! Thanks for being a part of this memorable weekend!

Perfect property for a larger group

Great place to stay for a 3 generation family over Thanksgiving weekend. We loved all of the bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the multiple living areas, and the kitchen is perfect. Not only is the kitchen large with double appliances, but it was very well stocked both for cooking and serving. We had great weather for using the covered outside top deck with fireplace. Loved sitting out there. It's a steep hike down to the water, but the golf cart made it fun. The owners were very quick to answer questions.

Extended family fun at the lake!

Great time shared with family in this beautiful home on Norris Lake. Really enjoyed the dock with the slide and jumping platform. House easily accommodated our 15 adults and 8 kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the hot tub and games on the lower level. Don't miss out on taking a leap from the nearby jumping bridge. Suggest bringing in bagged ice as refrigerators are not able to keep up with large groups. Owners very responsive to issues. Overall, excellent stay and would highly consider booking again in the future.

Great lake home for a large group!

4 generations - We came from different parts of Ohio. We had the best time. The house was wonderful, lots of space for everyone! They had everything you could need in the kitchen, so preparing meals was easy. Having a golf cart made it easy to get down to the lake! My 83 year old mom was with us. The dock was great and family members loved having access to kayaks and a paddleboard. We rented a pontoon from Sugar Hollow marina and they delivered it to the dock Michelle was very easy to work with when booking the house. Communication was great! We would highly recommend this house for your lake vacation.

Summer Lake Vacation with friends

House was great. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. The deck furniture on the 1st deck was not comfortable. The furniture on the second deck was much more comfortable. The golf cart was not sufficient for the group we had. The golf cart was a scary ride to where the dock was located. The ride/walk down to the dock was not safe. There was no handrail on part of the stairs down to the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and had everyone go to the place that we rented the pontoon to get a safe board to the pontoon boat instead of the boat dock.

"We recently had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lake house with a group of 23 people, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was brand new and impeccably clean, with gorgeous decor that added to the charm of the space. One of the highlights was the ample space the house provided - we never felt crowded with our large group. The layout was perfect, with three separate living rooms equipped with TVs, ideal for everyone to relax and hang out. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any queries promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities at the house were fantastic; from the variety of board games to the ping pong table in the game room, there was no shortage of entertainment options. We also loved spending time on the three spacious porches, enjoying the outdoor fireplace and fire pit. The kitchen was a dream, spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking meals for our group. It had everything we needed and more. We are already planning our next trip back to this wonderful place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Amazing house!! We especially enjoyed the huge open concept top floor where we had 21 people that could sit down and eat in the same space. It was also awesome for every bedroom to have an en-suite bathroom!! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and laid out well for our party of 12. We especially appreciated that each of the 9 bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the game room and the large porch areas. However, we were disappointed that the golf cart was in rough condition and did not run. We also struggled on several occasions to use the digital entry lock on the front door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property suited our needs well.

Family Fun!

Seas the Day was perfect for our large group of 22 family members. We had ages from one to 76! Management was quick to respond & very nice! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, wonderful decks, fully stocked kitchen & supplies. We could not have had a better stay!!!
