This home was designed for togetherness—with enough room to spread out when you want it. Stillwater Haven is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront retreat tucked into a quiet no-wake cove on Norris Lake. With room for up to 14 guests, it’s made for families, multi-generation trips, and anyone who wants real lake time without the chaos.
The main level features a bright, open layout with lake views, a welcoming living room, and a stone fireplace that naturally draws everyone in after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in, whether you’re fixing quick breakfasts or long, leisurely dinners. Downstairs, a spacious rec area offers another place to unwind, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet, comfortable spot for remote work or school—ideal for guests who need to stay connected without missing out on lake life.

You'll love the minimal boat traffic and calm waters perfect for swimming, floating, and unwinding.
Despite the sense of seclusion, you're still close to local attractions by water or land—whether it's grabbing a bite at nearby marinas, exploring hidden coves, or spending the day at the new water park at Sugar Hollow Marina.
Note: One of the best parts about staying at Norris Lake is being surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness. With that beauty comes a few natural visitors—bugs and critters are part of the experience when you're this close to nature.
To help keep your stay comfortable and critter-free, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Leaving them open invites insects and small animals to explore inside the home—especially in the warmer months.

Getting Around:
You can access Stillwater Haven by car, but once you're here, you’ll love getting around by boat. With Shanghai Marina, Sugar Hollow Marina, and the famous Jumping Bridge all within a 5.5-mile boat ride or less, the lake becomes your scenic highway.
On land, the property offers ample parking.
We recommend bringing groceries and supplies with you, as shopping and dining options are more accessible via car in town or at the nearby marinas.
