Baldi was an excellent stay! We stayed 7 nights. The included breakfast was very good. For lunch and dinner the hotel restaurants aren’t great but there’s sooo much local cuisine around we didn’t mind! La Fortuna is 10 minutes away super easy drive or cheap uber! Staff was amazing. Hot springs were amazing. Will definitely be back!

The staff at the front desk was so helpful. They answered many questions. Our location was fantastic. We were 5 minutes away from the town of La Fortuna and very close to ziplining and coffee/chocolate tours. The warm mineral springs were wonderful and clean. Incredibly relaxing and soothiing. Great view of Arenal Volcano. Housecleaning staff were helpful and did kept the room so clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and food from the restaurant and bars was excellent as well We would highly recommend a stay here

Beautiful hotel. The hot springs were awesome! These were the only hot springs we visited in the area. I had two kids (13 and 16) and they loved all the pools and water slides. Yes, the water slides are fast but if you go down the correct way it's fine. I would recommend this place for families with kids. Adults only might want to stay elsewhere as there are a lot of kids at this hotel. The hotel also lets in a lot of people visiting on only a day pass. The springs never seemed crowded but it's hard to find a lounge chair if you want one.
