6/11/24: we stayed here for 3 nights. It was our 30th anniversary and wife’s bday. This is an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful. The view of the volcano is stunning! The staff were helpful from the moment we checked in until our checkout. I will return again and hope this review helps others when deciding whether to stay. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, the view from our cabin was phenomenal, pool was great and very good breakfast included. Only downside was the trail on site is not maintained and quite overgrown. The area around is beautiful with lots of hikes though! Overall great stay!

I liked the room inside was clean! I hated the view we had. They were doing new bungalows and so there was a lot of construction going on behind our jacuzzi outside.

The bungalow and property were gorgeous and very clean. Loved the pool with swim up bar. Rudy was very friendly and funny, great customer service! Also, enjoyed the hot tub. When we had an issue with the air conditioner, they fixed it right away. The property is very close to several restaurants. The parking was very convenient, right in front of our bungalow. I would highly recommend this property!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! It's so peaceful and beautiful, and the level of privacy is just perfect. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is simply delicious!
