We had the 2 bedroom villa with private pool and it was wonderful. The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was warm, we went to the main pool a few times and it was also warm, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We went for my son's senior trip and it was everything we needed for our family of 5 to have 2 separate rooms, our own private pool, an amazing view of the Volcano, a heated shared pool with a swim up bar and all the food, drinks and excursions that we needed were handled with grace by the staff. Highly recommended , and we will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this hotel. The property is lush and pretty. The staff is amazing, and speak multiple languages. They are also super helpful. It has a nice pool, (that is heated), with swim up bar. The rooms are clean, but expect a few friends. We had a cute frog and baby lizard in our bathroom. The rooms are a bit quirky, as evidenced by the photo’s. We stayed in the two bedroom villa with the mini private pool. The only downside is there isn’t a main sitting area, but having a private pool makes it worth it. The daily breakfast is really good, it’s buffet style, with different breakfast options every day.

Property was amazing! Beautiful views. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was clean but shower and taps did not work. Shower will only give hot water. Maintenance came to fix it but was then stuck on that temperature. Shower system was very hard to maneuver and adjust. Breakfast buffet was marginal. Resturant was expensive and not so good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
