"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where...

"La finca es preciosa y en un entorno maravilloso en el que solo escuchas los pájaros y poco más. Nosotras fuimos después de ir a ver el sueño de Toledo con lo que llegamos tarde. Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro. Al día siguiente Alina nos ofreció un rico desayuno y nos estuvo contando la historia de la finca que fue muy interesante. Alina fue sin duda lo mejor de nuestra experiencia! Que maravilla de...
