Closed park of 1 ha conducive to relaxation shared with the owners, including 800 m² of unfenced private garden. Single storey: large lounge/living room (non-functional fireplace), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 80x200 beds, 2: 3 90x200 beds), shower room and separate WC. Additional equipment: baby cot/bath, wifi, stereo, hair dryer. Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/house linen. Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (95€). Cleaning package option possible (chimney to be cleaned if used). Property managed by a professional.
