"We stayed 4 nights at La Haut and it was simply wonderful. So private and quiet, the plantation style buildings and main house are beautiful, but the grounds and views are exquisite. All staff were helpful and friendly. The infinity pool was lovely, with panoramic vistas that are just breathtaking! The restaurant on the property was also very good. "I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this special property. My wife enjoyed spa treatments in the spa, and we had a great couples massage in the room. Even without a/c, it always felt pleasant in our room. Jade Mountain is really a gem and we would highly recommend it. "

"The most amazing resort in St Lucia.The service was amazing. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. It feels like family. The food was top notch, very day, delicious and variety. The BBQ night dinner by the pool was absolutely epic. The Caribbean night dinner outdoors was also beautiful, and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The Tree house with jerk/Caribbean food was the highlight of the day. Flip flops wings, burgers, pizzas our lunch spot. Coffee shop always fresh coffee. One of the best resorts I visited with my family! "

This resort is over an hour from the airport. However, the resort offers transportation at a cost. I would recommend the tour the resort offers its a great way to see the island,"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are always pleasant which was a concern of mine when we booked and you don't tip. I've found in the past that the staff aren't as nice when they know you aren't supposed to tip them. Room was very comfortable, always clean! Food was average in most places but we did like the stay at one and play at all three. Our day at the Grande was enjoyable and we even stopped there again the next day after an excursion to have Crepe's again. Only complaint was no place to hang your wet swim suits that you will have every day. They said we could hang them outside and of course half of mine blew off and was never recovered from the balcony below."
