Welcome to our cozy and secluded studio, perfect for a romantic getaway or solo trip. You'll have your own private entrance and patio, ensuring a peaceful stay. Here are some of the amenities you can expect:
NOTE This is a small space. It is well laid out and functions beautifully. Enjoy

● Kitchen: The unit comes equipped with a kitchen, so you can whip up your favorite meals at any time of the day. We provide basic utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials.

● Full bath: You'll have a full bathroom at your disposal, complete with clean towels and toiletries.

● Comfortable sleeper sectional: The sectional couch is not just for sitting. It also has sleeper modules that are incredibly comfortable and easy to convert. You'll sleep soundly on this cozy sectional. (Sleeps two)

● Well laid out and private: Although the studio is small, it's well laid out to maximize space and provide privacy.

● Parking: Parking ……Most guests park in front where there’s plenty of street parking.

In addition to these amenities, our studio is located in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks away from Windansea, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Listen to the shore break from Neptunes sea cave, walk to Coggan Pool, or take a hike on the "Draper Bridal Trail" to experience the natural beauty of the area.

Sectional couch has sleeper modules which are extremely comfortable and easy to convert. The studio is small but well laid out and private. We are attentive to your specific needs.

Perfect Location & Great Host!

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend away and had a great time! Thomas was a great host and the studio was in a perfect location - super walkable with plenty nearby and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location!

The studio is great for 1-2 people wanting a getaway in La Jolla. Walking distance to the beach and some fun shops and restaurants. Walking distance to tide pools and Scripps if you're a little more adventurous. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thomas is an excellent host.

Our stay in LaJolla though brief was lovely. Theapartment was well appointed, clean, walking distance to the beach. The Fridge, Mr Coffee, and the microwave very handy. Bed was comfy. Everything works well. What more could you ask? Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot for a La Jolla getaway

Loved staying here. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shops, a short bike ride from the beach, and it had all the basics for making breakfast and lunch (stove, toaster, coffee maker). The little outdoor space was nice too

Had a great stay in La Jolla. The place was as advertised. Full kitchen, nice shower, plenty of room. Thomas is a great host. Highly recommend this place for 1-2 people.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I traveled for the Comic Con 2024 convention, and this was an excellent stay. Thomas, the host, provided an easy check in and check out process, and answered all our questions. The place was nice and quiet and close to the wonderful Windandsea Beach as well as several restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much, great area and felt very safe. Close to nice and quiet beach but also close to the sea lions! So thankful to have parking! It was very clean and great to have a functioning kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Short stay

I was looking for a clean, basic apartment to stay in for a few days while touring San Diego. This fits perfectly and the host is very good at getting back to me with any questions that I have. It's in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of shops & restaurants very close by.

We were in San Diego visiting family. This unit was in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and the beach. It was comfortable for overnight stays and convenient for traveling around the area. Thomas was very responsive to any questions.

Location was perfect- walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy. When the sofa bed was out, the space was really cramped. The private courtyard had a table and chairs but it was often too cool to eat outside. No table and chairs inside.

Had everything we needed

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in San Diego and it was great staying in this studio. I loved the location in La Jolla, close to the beach, groceries, 7 Elleven and restaurants. The studio has a full bathroom, the kitchen is small, but has everything… fridge, stove, oven, microwave, counter space and a big sink. A+ to the host, Thomas, very responsive and kind. We are very grateful.

Good listing for quick getaway

Great stay for a short vacation. The couch/bed wasn’t bad at all and my boyfriend and I slept pretty good. However I was disappointed to see that the pillows and blankets were stained from previous usage, the bathroom just had a liner which had mildew and stains as well. The couch also had stains. Location was great and convenient.
