Right on the beach with a nice room and ver walkable area. Went to an amazing local coffee shop and great pizza place that were within 15 minute walks. The hotel was quiet and private and right on the beach. They called the week before to ensure checkin was extremely smooth and easy. Great place.

This place is amazing! The views are worth the price alone. You can't beat the location. The tide pools are directly across the street and the sea lions are a only a short walk away. Oh.... And there are great restaurants/breweries within walking distance.

Beautiful spot right across the street from the ocean and area tidal pools. My wife uses a wheelchair and was able to get around fine. I did need to pull her up two steps before entering our room on the first floor. (we called before we booked) Always received great service from the front desk. Thanks again.

Location, location, location

The walls are thin. Get an upper floor or listen to the foot pounding above you. You really can hear road, TVs, babies. The bed isn't the comfiest... Kind of firm and springy. Could use a mattress upgrade. That being said... The location is amazing! Right across the street from the tide pools. Hot tub was great. Parking is free, public, curb parking, but our car was safe. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Beach chairs and towels provided.

Absolutely amazing location! Staff so friendly, easy check in check out. Laundry on premise so convenient and easy, great for families. Only downside was a little small and dated for us. The location makes it well worth the price.

Nice place with excellent view

This is a time share and located by La Jolla beach. Excellent access to beach, only a few steps away. I stayed at a studio and it was spacious with kichen, livingroom, dinning table and bathroom. Good enough for a short/long stay. At arrival, I was stunned by the parking instructions. Basically, they don’t have a designated parking for customers, you just need to find parking space on the curbside. Fortunately, I was able to find it each time, but certainly not comfortable. Besides the parking issue, I would recommend this place for everyone.
