Great location

Nice condo in a great location. Super easy walk to just about everything. La Jolla Shores Beach is a block away. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive and opens at 5 am if you don't want to deal with traffic. Condo is as shown in the photos. A couple things to understand, it is 4 plex, so there can be lots of doors slamming. Only an issue the first night, then the noisy neighbors left. Parking in La Jolla is really bad, so having off street parking is great. Parking at the unit is tight, small SUV is about as big as would fit. Having laundry in the unit is a nice, the dryer needs new bearings so it is very loud, just run it when you are out enjoying the beach.

Thanksgiving getaway

His property has all the comforts of home and the location was excellent. It’s pet friendly too. The parking spot was a bonus due to the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay at the condo! The location was perfect, one block from the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was parking. It was a little tight with our large SUV. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location & well set up

This is a great location from which to explore San Diego for a family of 4 or similar size group. Just steps from La Jolla Shores and central to almost everything else. As photos reflect, the condo is small and you won't want to stay inside long during the days, but it is well furnished and very comfortable--and you are practically at the beach already so have no reason to be indoors! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Amazing location in LA Jolla shores. Close to shops, cafe, restaurants and the beach. Bottom unit has space for five (2 adults, three kids). Nice kitchen. As of July 2018, the building next to it is being renovated, which is noisy during the week from about 8 am to 4 pm. Otherwise, I'd stay here again.

La Jolla Shores spring break!

Family of four here, kids 13 and 14. Great condo in a four unit building. Clean, well laid out, comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect for us! Amazingly quiet at night while still very close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking is a bit tight, but it works. Easy to drive to other adventures, but we loved not having to! Thanks for an amazing vacation, can’t wait to go back!

Clean, comfortable and Convenient

The condo is extremely well situated for enjoying all that La Jolla Shores offers. Steps from shopping, restaurants and the beach. Unit is very clean. A short drive or bike ride to La Jolla and Torrey Pines. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Kitchen is well provisioned with cooking and serving utensils - even had some coffee, filters and dry goods. Never had to contact the manager once we were there. Pre-visit communication was fine (directions for opening).

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

PERFECT location in the heart of La Jolla Shores! Less than 30 seconds away from both the beach and bars/restaurants/shopping. Every night or morning we'd take a walk on the boardwalk/beach and watch the sun rise or set. If you walk opposite the beach you are right across the street from a whole strip of bars, restaurants, and surf shops. There is also a small pizza shop directly across from the unit. The condo is clean, updated, and stylish. Has everything you need for a stay at the beach. The only thing we couldn't find was an iron/ironing board. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to SD!

Great location...amenities could be better!

This property is in a GREAT location just two short blocks from the beach. The overall stay was good but there are a few things lacking. The supplies were not stocked (i.e. Trash Bags, dishwashing detergent, etc.) and when I messaged the owner to get these things I was told to go buy them in the severely overpriced LaJolla Shores market. The beach toys and chairs were really poor and in need of replacement. The furniture was uncomfortable which made relaxing in the living room difficult. Lastly, the air conditioner did not blow cold. It was good for circulating air but did nothing for the temperature of the place. I would stay here again if these things were addressed. Otherwise, I might look elsewhere.
