"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. "We annoyed our staying at the apartment. The property is conveniently located. The view is fenomenal but the “patio/garden” is very run down and very dangerous for children. The apt is pretty small and the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom is pretty low. There is a steep and pretty dangerous stone-stair that gets to the apartment."

"We had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. Linens and towels came at an extra cost, which I gather is normal for the area. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and it’s part of a lovely quiet community."

"I was lucky and got an upgrade to the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, the apartment was good, great location, close enough to the town centre to make it easily walkable yet far enough away that there's no noise in the evenings. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a great base to explore northern Sardinia there's a lot of small quiet beaches not to far away. on the negative side I went in October and as its off season a lot of the restaurants are closed and most of the tourist attractions."
