"Staff were really helpful. Rooftop bar/sitting area was really nice to have a drink before dinner. Good location, quiet but only minutes from the main areas. Room was a really good size, spotless and also had AC!"

"The hotel was excellent! The room was nicer than we expected. The breakfast was also very good. The restaurant however was a letdown. It was charming and the service was good but I ordered pasta with mussels and it was inedible. I am not a food snob by any means and I will eat almost anything but the meal was so salty that I forced myself to eat a portion of it because I was really hungry. The pasta was really salty the broth had no flavour other than salt and the mussels also were super salty and otherwise tasteless. Probably the worst pasta dish i have ever been served. Too bad because as a Canadian coming to Italy my expectations were a little higher. I told the server than it was not good and I actually expected them to not charge me for it but they did , and I imagine the server never told the cook ( I would say chef but that would be a huge exaggeration). Therefore I am writing this review because it was terrible . My wife’s dish was okay , but not great. Our friends fish was good although it came with nothing but fish , so on a scale of 10 I would give the restaurant a 3."

"One of my favorite comfort hotel stays of our trip! Modernized rooms with plenty of space, comforts, and best A/C we have found in a hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and the location is very quiet and convenient, especially if you plan to walk the Portico di San Luca. This hotel in Bologna was quite refreshing after some smaller, tighter, older locales."

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."

"We stayed in a deluxe suite- 2 levels and THE largest 2 bathrooms we have ever seen in our European travels. We were able to check in early after a long hot walk from the train station which was greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was super helpful with many tips on places to visit, eat, and drink. Plus they were always there to help ( couldn’t unlock our door). Main part of our room was upstairs with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a long shelf like table overlooking the downstairs. Lots of amenities in the bathrooms. Small fridge stocked with a few beverages. Shag carpet going up the stairs. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options."
