Absolute prime and highly sought after location. A pleasurable two block stroll down a palm lined street with the cutest houses ever guides you to the heart of La Mesa Village! Luscious mature trees, gently rolling hillsides, and elegantly restored vintage houses are plentiful. It is the Point Loma or La Jolla of the east. The neighborhood and retail composition is not too far different from Hillcrest/Mission Hills/North Park/South Park/Kensington/Golden Hill. Two miles or two exits east off the 8 from SDSU.

Collier Park with 100 year old trees, a river stream, picnic/bbq, and tennis is less than a block away! Four blocks to the trolley. One block from Sprouts Farmes market. Very easy access to Hwy. 8 Grossmont Mall exit, and 10 minutes on the 94 to downtown. Nestled in the valley between Mt. Helix and Mt. Nebo both providing panoramic views of La Jolla to Mexico; Downtown, and the El Cajon valley! This place glows at night.

Downtown La Mesa Village is two blocks away and features 10 bars; 20 fairly classy restaurants; half a dozen coffee shops; vintage and artsy shopping, tearoom, ballerina dance studio, shoe cobbler, gym, violin/guitar repair, old school record shop, half a dozen women apparel boutiques, post office, library, several places for ice cream/dessert/pastries, two breweries, and two wineries.
