Welcome to our villa in *La Neuveville*, nestled between *Lake Biel* and the *Jura Mountains*.

*Main floor features:*

- 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet & sink, 1 with shower & sink)
- Fully-equipped open kitchen with dining area
- Spacious living room with *fireplace*, *flat-screen TV*, and strong *Wi-Fi*

A private *laundry area* with *washer*, *dryer*, and water softener is in the basement.

*Note:* The basement's remaining area, with a *separate entrance*, is reserved for occasional owner visits and not accessible to guests.

A *local property manager* will greet you and assist during your stay.

Relax in the *lush private garden* with a *gazebo* and *jacuzzi*, or enjoy *two outdoor parking spaces*.

The villa is in a peaceful residential area, just a *10-minute walk* to the beach and historic *La Neuveville center*. Ideal for families and quiet getaways.

Jolie location entre 2 époques à La neuveville

Jolie location, bien située sur les hauteurs de neufchâtel. Le très récent et high tech y côtoie le franchement vétuste, c’est une maison en transition agréable à vivre. Les fondamentaux sont là (literie, calme, électro-ménager, propreté, accueil) mais peut être est ce un peu cher (d’où la note de 4).
