The property was littered with construction debris (lobby, elevator, and hallways) and we were awaken daily at 6:00 AM with the beeping of crane equipment just outside of the bedroom window (working on building roof). The room itself was not in good repair and did not look like the posted images. The bed was a double instead of the queen we booked. Room had little coffee, tissues and toilet paper. We also found several hairs on the bed sheets.

Perfect location, gorgeous rooms. We loved it!

Room was filthy! Had dirt all over my bed and floor. My toddlers feet turned black from the floor. The shower head was detached and just hanging down, also would not go back up on the holder. The bathroom was not clean the towels and facecloths had dirt on them and the toilet paper roll was almost empty and just left there. All the furniture is scuffed and looks terrible. Also the staff could not accommodate extra pillows and blankets

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the scierie suite. The studio was clean and cool when we got there (summer stay, 26° outside). It’s a very nice looking place, and had everything we needed (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc). Location is perfect, with lots of commodities nearby. The only 2 things that need improvement: spa maintenance (water smelled bad) and mattress firmness (there’s such a thing as too firm!) Otherwise, all good!
