tastefully decorated, charming villa!

From the very first moment of arrival, we felt at home in this tastefully decorated, charming villa! It's spacious yet cosy, it's modernly equiped yet authentical, it offers various places lounge in each other's company or to enjoy some quiet time. The pool is nearby and easy to monitor (important with kids) and the porche provides shade and coolness during the day and cosyness in the evening. Great seaviews from the (rooftop) terrace, quiet surroundings, peacefull neighbourhood, good grocery shops nearby. We absolutely adored this home and are looking forward to staying here again!

Nice quiet location in a beautiful setting

From the day we arrived we knew we had struck gold everything was immaculate and the villa had everything u needed! The pictures did not do the villa justice the pool is bigger than it looks on the pics which the pool cleaner coming around in the weeks to keep it clean! There is tables in the shade, sun and in the garden! Take your cream and spray for mosquitos as some of our group got bitten regularly but that's same anyway you go so that's not a fault on the villa. Would recommend anybody to choose this place for a stay any questions about it and Heidi will all ways help I will more than likely return to this villa maybe with the kids next time because I fink it's well suited for them too

Perfect get away

The villa is in a quiet location which taxis found difficult to find initially. However, this was soon overcome and we had no issues after taking directions with us each time due to language barrier. We were approximately 12 minutes from Benidorm via taxis. The villa itself is beautiful and very spacious. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely revisit again. The host Heidi was very helpful and very accommodating to us, even when we locked ourselves out of the villa. There was a charge which was understandable. We made good use of the pool and the villa's amenities. I would highly recommend this if someone was considering booking. Thank you 😊

Un hébergement trÚs bien géré

Nous avons bien apprécié la maison et ses commodités et Heidi était disponible pour nous (par exemple, quand nous avons eu un problÚme de climatisation) et tout a été rapidement réglé. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour sur place.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten in der Villa Mimosa eine wunderbare Zeit. Ein toller Pool zum Erfrischen, Klimaanlage fĂŒr heiße Tage und auch sonst alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben einige sehr schöne StĂ€dte, Kirchen und das Hinterland besucht, haben die StrĂ€nde in und um Benidorm genossen und auch das Nachtleben von Benidorm kennengelernt, was sehr lustig war. Unsere Kinder hatten auch viel Freude. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit:-)

Super séjour!

Super vacances nous avons pu arriver plus tĂŽt que l'horaire prĂ©vu ! La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© PrĂ©voyez l'Ă©lectricitĂ© en plus dans votre sĂ©jour environ 100€ par semaine. Juste bĂ©mol pour le pisciniste qui n'est pas rĂ©actif la piscine a tournĂ© au vert 2 fois...

Muy bien todo,4 habitaciones con aire acondicionado,piscina muy limpia y un entorno muy agradable..Tener en cuenta que el gasto de electricidad se paga al final de la estancia (0,30Kw),ahora mismo mĂĄs cara.La persona de contacto si se necesita responde e.nseguida.Cerca restaurantes y playas .Entorno muy agradable y tranquilo.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage

Un havre de paix

Les points positifs : La villa est trĂšs fonctionnelle et propre, l Ă©quipement et la dĂ©coration est plutĂŽt moderne. La quatriĂšme chambre est Ă  l extĂ©rieur de la maison et elle est Ă©quipĂ©e d’une petite salle de douche.cette maison est au calme aux abords d une forĂȘt dans une impasse improbable. Les points negatif : la conso Ă©lectrique est payante pour trois semaines ça nous a coĂ»tĂ© pas loin de 170€ sans trop exagĂ©rĂ© en faisant attention. Les moustiquaires cassĂ©es nous auraient Ă©tĂ© utiles, si la gĂ©rante avait tenue sa promesse d envoyer un prĂ©parateur. Et enfin le nettoyage de la piscine devrait se faire plus souvent.

Vacances en famille avec enfants

Superbe découverte, villa au top : toutes les commodités sur place, confort, espace intérieur et extérieur! 14min de la plage d'Albir. Piscine pas trÚs grande mais profonde, les 5 enfants se sont éclatés!! Attention : 4iÚme chambre est "à l'extérieur" (accolée à la maison), idéal pour un couple seul. Adresse à retenir! ;o)

Gewoon GEWELDIG !!!!!!!!!

Wij waren aangenaam verrast toen we de poort van het domein binnen gingen. Dit was echt wauw , zoveel verschillende zitplaatsen zowel in de zon als in de schaduw , zeer gezellig met het mooie vijvertje met schildpad en mooie zwembad waar vooral de kleinkinderen en ook de grote enorm van hebben genoten . En binnen in huis was ook echt een droom , alles was int echt nog mooier dan de foto's op de site.Ook de streek rondom was geweldig Benidorm vlakbij het mooie Altea en Albir ook Calpe was geweldig met overal gezellige terrasjes en lekker eten. Wij hebben dus enorm van onze vakantie genoten met onze lieve kinderen en kleinkinderen .Zeker de moeite om nog eens terug te gaan in de toekomst.

wunderschöne Villa mit allem Komfort

Die Villa ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als er auf den Fotos wirkt und die Terassen und Sonnenecken laden geradezu zum ausruhen ein. Die Villa war sehr sauber und bietet allen Komfort, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. BĂ€cker und Supermarkt sind sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto (das braucht man) lassen sich in der Umgebung viele schöne PlĂ€tze entdecken. Vielen Dank auch fĂŒr den super freundlichen Kontakt und die UnterstĂŒtzung bei Fragen. Ein toller Aufenthalt, ein toller Urlaub

Boligen var super for vÄr storfamilie!!! Rolig omrÄde, deilig uteomrÄde og basseng rundt selve huset

Litt langt unna det meste, men vi spanderte gladelig gjennomsnittlig 30 euro pr dag pÄ drosjeturer (pr taxi, vi mÄtte ha to) rundt omkring. Vi brukte huset som vÄr base, hvor vi badet bÄde morgen og kveld, og grillet egen middag. Vi besÞkte Benidorms by og stranden Llevante, hvor sanden er finkornet og du fÄr leie solsenger og parasoll. Vi dro til gamlebyen i Altea, Dyreparken Terra Natura, shoppingsenteret LaMarina, der bowla vi og spiste ogsÄ. Husk Ä handle inn mat til kjÞleskapet fÞr ankomst!

woning in rustige omgeving

De tuin en omgeving zijn volledig gerenoveerd, buitenzwembad met zout ipv chloor, BBQ ruimte, overdekt terras, petanquebaan, buitendouche,... teveel om op te noemen. De moderne look strookt volledig met de Spaanse look van de woning, heel mooi en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, in de badkamer is een ligbad en douche aanwezig. De woning ligt op het eerste zicht wat afgelegen maar is slechts 15 min verwijderd van Altea waar een prachtige dijk en strand is met een overvloed aan restaurants. In de buurt ook supermarkten, een aquapark en themapark. Alles wat men nodig heeft voor zowel wat rust, attractie en amusement. Een aanrader!

Vakantie met vrienden in Spanje

Wij hadden twee weken vakantie geboekt met een vriendengroep van 8 man. Wij zijn een groep vrienden van gemiddeld 23 jaar en werken allemaal in de gastvrijheidsidustrie (horeca, hotel). Wij zijn dus kieskeurig op het onderkomen waar we een hoop geld voor over hebben. Het huisje was perfect en de foto's doen echt niet onder aan het echt! Losstaand van het huis verliep de communicatie via de mail vlot. Helaas was het niet mogelijk om de 27ste om 23.00 aan te komen omdat we pas vanaf de 28ste het huisje hadden. Er werd geen uitzondering gemaakt en moesten 250 euro extra betalen. Terwijl er geen gasten meer in verbleven. Tijdens het uitchecken werd het huisje door Heidi grondig onderzocht. We hadden alles netjes opgeruimd en heel gehouden. Toch duurde de inspectie ruim 30 minuten en werden er overal foto's van gemaakt. We voelden ons een beetje benadeeld omdat we een groep vrienden waren moest er volgens hun natuurlijk iets kapot zijn. Uiteindelijk natuurlijk niks gevonden en kwam ze met de medeling dat ze de borg niet cash bij zich had. Uiteraard vast omdat ze dan nog langer het huisje kon doorzoeken op het moment dat we al weggingen.Uiteindelijk te laat richting het vliegtuig en met haast net nog optijd ingecheckt. Het huis is geweldig, het bureau zorgt voor de communicatie en die is om te huilen. Verwacht een vlak, onpersoonlijk contact waarin er geen ruimte is voor eventuele aanpassingen. Het huis een 9 de commucatie via het bureau een 4.

Heerlijk rustig, maar toch overal dichtbij

Villa Mimosa is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor wie gedurende zijn vakantie graag de rust wil opzoeken, ondanks het feit dat het zich slechts op een kleine afstand van het drukke Benidorm bevindt. De villa is voorzien van alle moderne comfort: wasmachine, vaatwas, nespresso-toestel, amerikaanse koelkast en flatscreen tv inclusief alle Vlaamse televisiezenders. De villa telt 4 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 slaapkamer over een aparte ingang en badkamer beschikt. 1 van de grote troeven van de villa is de ruime pergola waar het aangenaam vertoeven is zowel aan de grote ontbijttafel ‘s morgens, in het salonnetje wanneer de temperatuur in de zon te hoog oploopt als in een knus hoekje om in alle rust een boek te lezen. Het zwembad (met buitendouche) warmt gedurende de dag op tot een aangename temperatuur voor een frisse duik. De aanwezigheid van enige fauna (de kikkers in de vijver, zwaluwen, meesjes en gekko’s) draagt alleen maar bij tot de gezelligheid. In de buurt van Villa Mimosa bevinden zich meerdere supermarkten en restaurants. Voor het maken van kleine uitstappen sta je in een mum van tijd in Benidorm, Altea en CalpĂ© en ook een daguitstap naar Alicante of Valencia is heel goed te doen. De eigenaar heeft bovendien een eigen brochure gemaakt met daarin alle info betreffende uw verblijf in de villa en een pak tips voor restaurantjes, uitstappen en activiteiten in de omgeving.

Loungy en supercomfortabel... een droomplek!

Aangekomen onder stralende zon, wijfelend de met grind verharde bosweg ingereden... En aan het eind vind je de villa. Eerste indruk: clean, verzorgd, geen poespas. Via de voordeur wandel je recht de grote leefkeuken binnen -alle comfort!- en meteen door naar de ruime, gezellige zithoek (flatscreen, leesboeken...)Daar word je blik naar buiten gezogen door het zicht op de zee tussen de bomen door. Schitterend uitzicht! Je stapt naar buiten en ontdekt dan pas de grootste troef van het hele huis: een enorme pergola, eettafel voor 8, een sofa hier, een zitbank daar... Met zicht op het ruime zwembad, de tuin en de kikkertjesvijver, en in de verte... de zee!! Een zalige plek om rond te hangen, te lezen, te kletsen... of te dagdromen.. Plekjes genoeg voor iedereen!!! Ook de hele omgeving is aangenaam en verzorgd, degelijk warenhuis La Nucia( superlekker brood, 10 minuutjes wandelen voor t ontbijt), leuke restaurantjes aan zee in Altea ( vb Tomaca blava) of druk-druk in Benidorm, romantisch wandelen in Guadelest... Allemaal op een halfuurtje of minder met de wagen...ook Valencia en Alicante zijn nog goed te doen qua afstand. Een weekje was te kort, we komen zeker terug, maar dan voor langer!!!!

Romantiek troef !

Rustig gelegen Spaanse villa met alle comfort, half uurtje van de Benidormdrukte verwijderd. Warenhuizen op korte afstand. Voor de romantici heel veel gezellige plekjes in het huis en de tuin, op het dak, onder de pergola, aan het zwembad. Alles voorhanden om er een fantastisch verblijf van te maken onder de Spaanse zon. Daguitstap naar Valencia biedt een mooie afwisseling.
