Authentic family villa located 10 minutes from the beach
This authentic family villa is located in the centre of the village of Lajares and has just been completely renovated. The house has a very large garden with no neighbours opposite, guaranteeing complete privacy. The house and its cosy interior invite you to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday with friends or family.
The ultra-central location of this house allows you to reach the centre of Lajares to enjoy its many shops.
The beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo is a 10-minute drive to the west. There you will find a number of beaches.
The vibrant town of Corralejo is just 20 minutes away and offers a multitude of activities that are very popular on the island.
Puerto del Rosario Airport is 35 minutes away.
Outside, a large sunny terrace has a beautiful swimming pool that is heated all year round. A dining area and two outdoor lounges are covered so that you can enjoy the outdoors in all seasons, sheltered from the wind. The BBQ area is designed as a real outdoor kitchen with a large table for 12 people. A superb terrace on the first floor offers panoramic views of the volcanoes.
Inside, a large central kitchen is fully equipped, there is a TV lounge with a study area and three beautiful bedrooms, each with a shower room and dressing room. The fourth suite is located upstairs and has a beautiful terrace from which to watch the sunset.
