In the town of El Roque in northern Fuerteventura, Villa Vista Malpei is nestled in the tranquil landscape just outside of Cotillo, one of the most beloved spots for surfing and other water sports. Exuding a charming rustic atmosphere the holiday home consists of an open-plan living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and wooden roof beams, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with a king size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. Moreover, the property is especially family-friendly, as it offers 2 baby cots, a children's bed, a highchair, toys and bikes for both 2 adults and 3 children. In the outdoor area of the fenced, 1000 m² property, you will find everything you could dream of for a restorative vacation. The large pool with a jacuzzi is open all year round and lined by regional plants and comfortable sun loungers. Relax under the afternoon sun and refresh yourself in the crisp water or take a dip in the evenings when the pool lights illuminate the water. On the generous veranda, you will find an upscale grilling area with a dining table, where you can prepare and enjoy culinary specialities. There is also a lounge area where you can savour a glass of wine to round off a long day at the beach. A supermarket as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Cotillo, which is just 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive away. Additionally, the sandy beach Playa De Los Lagos, which is known for being a great surf and water sport area, is just 2.8 km or a 9-minute drive from the property.
