Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning with two independent units in the living room and bedroom, TV, and washing machine. A baby cot is available on request for an extra fee. Please note that a video and audio recording device monitors the entrance door and terrace area; additional surveillance cameras are present at the pool and in shared areas, managed by the building administration.

You also have access to a shared garden on the ground floor and a private rooftop accessible from inside the apartment, equipped with a pergola and outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation. The outdoor communal pool is open year-round, with water temperature around 20°C and is not heated. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided by the pool. There is also a shared children's pool. Please note that any pool closures or maintenance are managed by the administration and are beyond the host’s control.
