Buenas instalaciones pero atención personal mala

Cuando llegamos no había agua, aunque se restableció al día siguiente. No hubo WIFI durante toda la estancia, a pesar de que la casa se ofrecía con ella. Para nosotros era importante, porque tuvimos que teletrabajar en algún momento y, de haberlo sabido, habríamos optado por otro alojamiento. Solicitamos más mantas y nos contestaron diciendo que los inquilinos anteriores no habían tenido frío. La puerta de acceso a la vivienda estuvo abierta todo el tiempo porque estaba rota.
