The covered terrace offers panoramic views and opens onto the saltwater pool.

Bedroom 1 measures 24 square metres, including the walk-in closet. The ceiling is made of wood and has a sloped design, creating a sense of spaciousness and warmth. It has two single beds. The 10-square-meter en suite bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, is finished entirely in microcement.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have two single beds. Both feature built-in walk-in closets. These two bedrooms share two full bathrooms, each with a shower. The bedrooms are spacious, measuring 15 and 12 square metres each, and the bathrooms measure 6 and 5 square metres. The showers are made of microcement.

Bedroom 4 also has two single beds and its own microcement bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub.

The living room overlooks the pool and features a large window where you can enjoy the scenery of Fuerteventura. It is furnished with two three-seater sofas, as well as several ottomans. The TV is 60 inches. It also features a workspace with beautiful panoramic views where you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi and the StarLink satellite dish.

The kitchen is very spacious and opens onto the dining area. The dining table seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with large appliances, a glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. It also includes small appliances: toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and hand mixer.

The house provides a full set of dishes, as well as cutlery and various types of glassware for water, wine, beer, champagne, and gin and tonics!

The spacious terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors while watching the sunset. The terrace features a table and chairs for 8 people, a seating area with a three-piece sofa set, and a barbecue.

The pool is a saltwater pool and has a thermal cover to raise the water temperature, especially in winter, although in Fuerteventura the average temperature is 23 degrees, allowing you to enjoy the pool and the sea all year round! There are 8 lounge chairs and a solar shower. The views of the mountains are beautiful.
