Newly constructed 2400 square foot townhouse built in 2023, on two levels plus a rooftop patio with fire-pit and La Paz Bay sunset views. Accommodations feature 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites. The primary bedroom includes a large soaker tub as well as a shower and double sinks. There is a large private office on the second level with a very cozy twin sofa bed and pull out trundle, dual work stations are equipped with monitors, printer and high speed internet. A whole house water purification system and an under-sink RO unit in the kitchen ensures healthy drinking water and bathing. This townhouse has a 10,000 liter water storage tank ensuring no shortage of water. Fully equipped with custom made high end furnishings, high quality bed and bath linens and textiles. Bedrooms have custom blackout draperies ensuring a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware, stemware, bake-ware, cookware, utensils and cutlery. This property is secure with gated entry and electronic front door lock-set and deadbolt. There is one free "EXCLUSIVE PARKING" area on the street of Calle Revolución de 1910. Parking is NOT AVAILABLE inside the gated area. The backyard pool and patio area is equipped with an outdoor shower, one large cantilever umbrella, 2 smaller umbrellas, 4 high quality pool loungers, patio dining table and 6 chairs and built in barbecue area. Accent lighting throughout the garden area. Pool is heated through the winter months. Pool and garden service is provided weekly. Casa Luna is located in a traditional Mexican community in Esterito, with a mix of modern homes and older traditional dwellings, with very friendly neighbors. From the gated property, it is a 2 block walk to the Malecon of La Paz, one of the longest in all of Mexico. Great for roller blading, walks or a morning jog. A bike path runs the length of the Malecon and beyond. A breathtakingly beautiful vista view can be had by bike or walk on the Malecon. You are in the heart of many famous restaurants and shopping. A food market, coffee shops, and eateries are a short walk away. Many great beaches and islands to explore with service providers right on the beach minutes away. Your host can assist with any recommendations and is at your service 24 hours a day. Your host will meet you onsite for a casa orientation and check-in. You are a 25 minute drive from the La Paz airport, and Taxi or UBER is at your service. PLEASE NOTE: You can NOT take UBER from La Paz Airport but you can take UBER to the Airport. If you are traveling from Cabo San Lucas, your host can recommend the best alternatives to get you safely to La Paz. Transit time is about 2.5 hours.

I booked this home over memorial weekend to spend some time with friends. The home was beautiful, very well kept. Location was perfect, easy access to all touristy activities. The host was great, she met us during check in and just made the whole check in process easy. Definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again.
Everything about our stay was top-notch. The hosts were very accommodating to all of our needs and very accessible. Provided many options for food and entertainment in that local area and went above and beyond with special requests. If I could recommend one bonus improvement to the house, it would be to add outdoor fans near the outside dining area for air circulation near the bbq. Other than that, 5 stars! Looking forward to our next stay.
This was an amazing accommodation located near the Malecon and all the amenities you'd need for a great vacation in La Paz. The fully loaded kitchen as everything you need to prepare a meal with top notch cookware and dishes. My wife could not stop going on about the quality of the linens, every small detail has been thought of to make you feel at home. Having everything needed for a great beach day was greatly appreciated. Relaxing in the backyard by the pool felt like your own private resort. The highlight were the hosts Thelma and Gary, the details they provided made navigating the area easy for first time visitors. The little touches and ability to identify things that would make your trip more enjoyable were anticipated and offered up and accepted with pleasure, they made us feel at home, so much that we didn't want to leave. There is nothing I would change or ask for, our family had an amazing time and we will definitely return to this quiet beach town.
Excellent property and the location was just perfect walking distance to the Malecon. The home was beautiful super clean, towels and bedding smelled so fresh and clean. very comfortable and safe. Telma was extremely accommodating since we arrived very sweet, helpful and friendly. It was very nice that we were able to use the bikes and beach chairs we loved it. We will definitely stay here again. We love La Paz.
Loved our stay at this beautiful property. Everything inside was super clean and also very well designed. 3 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathroom in every bedroom meant our group of 2 families was happy. The only thing was that one master bedroom had a very spacious bathroom and the other two bathrooms were great, but smaller. This meant one couple got a tinier bathroom compared to the massive master one. But you cannot make everyone happy :) The only complaint (which we knew before we got there) was the little bit of walk to the restaurants on a regular basis. I wish there were a few places within a stone's throw. But overall, fantastic place and fantastic service.
I have no words to express my gratitude to Thelma and Garry who were our hosts. They are a wealth of information, always available and oh so kind. The property is perfect…so new and so clean. There was an abundance of toilet paper, laundry detergents, soap etc. More than one usually would find at a rental. Very safe and secure. Close to the Malecon…which we loved. Over all…a great property for vacation.
Wow this place was immaculate. Everything was brand new and clean. My family has been taking summer trips to LaPaz for over 10 years now. And this will definitely be our summer home for the near future. The location is great, very private yet locally centered. We enjoyed the bikes, pool and rollerblades that they provided. The couch was thee most comfortable couch we’ve ever experienced. Movie night was a must. Thelma gave us a warm welcoming and even surprised us with a fantastic welcome gift. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t want to leave.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in La Paz! The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the pool was simply amazing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to unwind and relax after long days of fishing. We also felt extremely safe and secure within the gated walls of the property, which made our stay even more relaxing.A special shout-out goes to the property manager, Thelma. She walked us through every detail of the house, showed us how everything worked, and even pointed out where all the beach-going equipment was located in case we wanted to use it. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and went far above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. When we accidentally left a personal item behind, she didn’t just notify us, she took every step necessary to ensure it was returned safely. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated.If you’re considering booking this home, do it! Between the spotless property, unbeatable location, beautiful amenities, and outstanding management, you won’t be disappointed.
