This was our first time staying at the Marriott La Paz Baja, the location was quiet, but very far away from town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the pool was refreshing, but not very clean.

I was impressed by the staff; they were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. When I had an issue with the air conditioning, they were at the room within the minute to help solve the problem. They were able to repair it immediately. The only inconvenience is that I have a gluten free diet and the restaurants menu was extremely limited (even for my husband who doesn’t have any diet restrictions). It was difficult to plan a full week stay with such limits; however, the staff was so accommodating that they fixed a plate for me every day, even if it was the same dish.

Our room was big and clean. The breakfast included in the price was gorgeous. The only thing I regret is that we wanted to change the date of our stay and it was absolutely impossible to do it, they have absolutely no flexibility

My main problem was the morning staff. We arrived before checkin hour and they were extremely rude. Their first approach was that checkin is from 3 pm and by no means we can checkin earlier. The property is OK though not amazing. The room has a good size
