"Great stay in Pescadero! The property was perfect as far as location to the beach, amenities, family-friendly, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly, and the unit was perfect for our family. Only complaint would be that the concrete walls/floors could be noisy when you're sleeping and someone's baby upstairs cries during the middle of the night. Other than that, it was great. "

"I really enjoyed my time here. The view is amazing, had beautiful sunsets every night. I did wish it was walkable and I would definitely recommend renting a car if you stay here since it’s further out. The best part though are the security staff. I felt really safe. Jesus is amazing, he went above and beyond to help me when I lost my phone one day. Everyone here was so nice to me. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Family of 3(2 adults and 7 y/o) Condo was easy to find using directions provided and Google Maps, accessing unit easy. The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take...

"My girlfriends and I stayed for 4 nights. The place is very upscale with nice amenities. The location is as good as you can get…The beach is steps away from the balcony, and the outdoor deck and pool are right outside. The only thing that would have made it a bit nicer is that there kitchen could have been better stocked with basics such as ice maker, sugar and seasoning."

"Great quiet location about 1 mile South of the main section of Los Barriles. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker. The unit has decent water pressure in the shower. The view is unreal. Nice little deck. The condo has a nice pool and access to the beach. There are quite a few stairs to get around the unit, but steps are good for you. I would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The property manager Sophie was very friendly and accommodating. The place was impeccably clean. The beds were super comfortable and the place had everything we needed (except food and drinks). The pool was perfect for the kids and the beach was a quick walk away. The owner supplied beach toys, towels, chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. The residents that live at the complex were very lovely and we will miss them, especially Baby the Dog.
