We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid.
My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.

"Beautiful property; however, at 8 am, there were drilling and banging noises outside the room window due to ongoing renovations, which we were not advised of during check-in. It could be better
"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available."
