"The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small cleaning kit provided for washing up and general cleaning – a very thoughtful and useful touch. The main difficulty was finding the apartment complex and accessing the accommodation, especially when arriving later in the evening. We arrived after 7 pm and unfortunately I had not received any email with the necessary check-in instructions, access code or information about where to find the key safe. The whole complex was quite difficult to navigate and the key safe itself was not easy to locate. We were extremely lucky to meet another family who had received the instructions and helped us find everything. Without their help, I genuinely don’t think we would have been able to access our apartment that evening. Clear and reliable check-in instructions sent in advance, particularly for guests arriving after reception hours, would make a huge difference. Once inside, however, the apartment itself was very nice and clean."

"Logement on ne peut mieux situé, que ce soit pour l’été (proche de toutes commodités et activités pour grands & petits) ou pour l’hiver (départ et retour ski aux pieds).Très propre et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un superbe séjour.Propriétaire sympathique et très réactif, je recommande à 100%, nous reviendrons sans faute dès que l’occasion se représente.Encore merci pour ce séjour."

"Fint sted med mange vandreruter om sommeren. Hotellet var fint. Vi betalte ekstra for et sydvendt værelse med altan. Vi havde dog ingen udsigt pga. høj kant fra taget. Det var lidt en skuffelse. Men ellers var alt ok."

"Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"

"Good location, right by the ESF meeting points, on 1st floor, with easy access to ski lockers and slopes - front and back. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in Belle Plagne. Very quiet location, barely saw anyone in the corridors and ski room usually empty - maybe as it was late in the season. Very comfortable futon - bunk beds were OK for the kids. The kitchen is very poky, but plenty of utensils and functions OK. The coffee machine didn't work, but all else fine. Bathroom also small but worked fine - could do with a shower holder on the wall!Note there is an additional charge (100 euros) for towels and linen via a third party situated in Belle Plagne (near Spar). If you are looking for space and luxury and a place to hang out for longer periods, then its probably not for you. Overall, this flat is good value for a week's skiing. "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a perfect stay, with lots of snow the undercover parking was very much needed! "
