"This property is immaculate. Very well manicured and maintained around the clock.The entire staff wals very nice and professional. No matter where we went on the resort they called us by name and was willing to do anything to make our stay pleasant. The only thing I would change is booking more days to stay. "The Hyatt Sirena Del Mar was fantastic! There were plenty of amenities, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. We took a Spanish class one day with Ricky, which was so much fun, and the Aqua Fit classes with Humberto were a great workout and a blast. Pools with views were beautiful! Wait staff were very attentive. The entertainment room with shuffle board, pool and foosball table was a hit for my son after swimming. Also, the private beach with chairs and umbrella that they had provided was such a nice touch.. We had an amazing stay, would definitely come back, and highly recommend this place! Muchisimas gracias!"

"I went as a solo traveller from Canada travelling internationally alone for the first time. Super nervous it would be weird for me to be at this resort alone but the staff were friendly, the visitors were friendly and the parties at Santa Fe were wild. I had an amazing time and I would recommend Riu Baja California to anyone but particularly solo travellers. Also the food and drinks were basic but very good."

"Everything was great. They have a clean property, kid-friendly amenities, friendly staff, and a beachfront location. The only problem, as vegetarians, was that more than 80-85% of the buffet hot food options were non-vegetarian, so every day we had to survive with 15% of repetitive options without much variety. Also, restaurants with reservations were not providing many vegetarian options; only Pancho was able to provide some. The Marco Polo and Asian restaurant chefs did not quite entertain any vegetarian options, so vegetarian food was the only huge miss for us."
