Each bedroom features a king size bed with luxury bedding and a walk-in shower and walk in closet. Master bedroom also has a bathtub. This tremendous property also offers modern conveniences like high speed Wi-Fi for remote work and streaming and an inside modern laundry room with a sink. Designer kitchen and baths remodeled with the modern hacienda flair colorful tiles of the world famous adjacent, Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort.
Property has a large internal courtyard as well as a large back patio with gorgeous mountain views! Gas BBQ on back patio for convenience as well.

All bedding and towels are high quality for your comfort.

Large flat screen tvs in each bedroom and a Frame TV in the main living area. Additional flatscreen TV in the kitchen sitting lounge with the reclining chairs.

Dining room table can seat 8. Kitchen, courtyard and back patio tables seat 4.

This property is one short mile to all the Old Town La Quinta shops, restaurants and farmers market and just a 5-minute walk to the top-rated restaurants, shops, spa, live music, tennis & pickleball courts of the La Quinta Resort.
Also, a 5-minute walk to the clubhouse of the beautiful PGA golf course weaving through the community.

One space inside the garage is available for guest use as well as two parking spots on driveway and open street parking.
