Inside, guests find a comfortable king bed and a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful Coachella Valley. The proerty features a refreshing private outdoor heated shower with an open air compost toilet. The unit comes with air conditioning along with a ceiling fan keeping the space pleasant in the hot months. This phenomenal little retreat offers a peaceful and secluded location next to miles of hiking and bike trails nestled at the feet of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The property also has a pool with a Baja Shelf to cool down and soak up the rays. Historic Old Town La Quinta is minutes away offering local eateries and Sunday Farmers Markets from October through May. Planning on going to a concert at Acrisure Arena, or one of the festivals at Indio Polo Grounds? Location is 10 minutes away from Coachella Fest and Stagecoach (higher rates during festival season)and 20 minutes from Acrisure and nearby casinos (Agua Caliente,Fantasy Springs, Spotlight 29).
