Located just blocks from the Empire Polo Fields, this home provides the perfect place to stay for Coachella, Stagecoach or Desert Trip. Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Tennis Stadium. This premier location places world-renowned golf, dining and top rated desert activities at your fingertips. Our Desert Retreat is the perfect hideaway for couples, families or large groups.

ACCOMODATIONS:
This newly built, single story home is located on the Weiskopf private course at PGA West. The open floor plan features stunning glass lined views of the Golf Course. Relax in the beautiful Master Suite, which features an Eastern King bed, HDTV and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool with a perfect view of the golf course. Enjoy the spa like en-suite master bathroom while you soak in the oversized Jacuzzi bathtub or rinse away the day in the beautifully stoned walk through shower. Take in the view of the lovely courtyard, while you rest in the extra cozy Eastern King bed in the second bedroom. Take pleasure in watching your favorite show on the room’s extra large flat screen TV or unwind in the private bathroom. The third bedroom also features an Eastern King bed, TV and a private bathroom with shower. In addition to the 3 king beds, 2 twin memory foam rollaway beds are located in the Master Closet, just right for kids or extra houseguests.

KITCHEN:
Our Desert Retreat is truly a chef’s dream! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large island with seating for four. The kitchen has a walk in pantry and is outfitted with all of the tools you will need to make the perfect meal, which you can enjoy in the formal dining room set for 6, or keep it casual at the kitchen table set for 5. End the night with an after dinner drink on one of the 4 bar stools situated around the wet bar, complete with a mini fridge and breathtaking outdoor views. After the entertaining is done, cozy up on the extra large leather sofas and enjoy your favorite show on the 65 inch smart HDTV with a sound bar/subwoofer with all your favorite apps and built in Google Chromecast.

OUTSIDE:
The backyard is made for entertaining with a Pebble Tech salt water pool and spa with a soothing, cascading waterfall overlooking the fairway. Take in the beautiful views of the pool while relaxing in the four lounge chairs. A large covered patio and couch provide a front row seat for you to relax and enjoy one of PGA's most honored views. Enjoy dinner outside, with a gas BBQ, outdoor Sonnaray 8 speaker with subwoofer sound system and dining area, as the sun goes down over the beautiful desert landscape.
