This stunning spacious condo has all the bells and whistles: fully furnished and equipped, it has a gas fireplace, gas grill, unbelievable views, private spa, huge master bedroom/bathroom suite with a Smart TV, state-of-the-art shower system and garden tub, washer and dryer in unit, comfortable sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room (additional charge for more than 4 guests.) The unit also allows access to the community pool, which is a short walk away, as well as a community spa, exercise room, free pickle ball and tennis available for a small charge. The home is conveniently located in a secure gated community, less than a mile from HWY 111, where there is a huge selection of shops and restaurants. Hiking trails are located within a short drive. Pets are considered on an individual basis with a pet deposit and additional pet rent. Discounts are available for extended stays for more than 2 months.
